10. Appointment & Meeting Policy

 

 

For all scheduled consultations, meetings, or sessions conducted by Mr. Documents LLC, the following policies apply:

 

  • Clients must join their scheduled Zoom, phone, or virtual meeting on time.

  • A no-show exceeding 10 minutes after the scheduled start time will result in automatic cancellation of the meeting.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled appointments due to lateness or non-attendance.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 30 minutes before the meeting time.
    Any request submitted after this window will not be honored, and the client must submit a new payment to book another session.

  • By scheduling a meeting, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
