10. Appointment & Meeting Policy
For all scheduled consultations, meetings, or sessions conducted by Mr. Documents LLC, the following policies apply:

Clients must join their scheduled Zoom, phone, or virtual meeting on time.

A no-show exceeding 10 minutes after the scheduled start time will result in automatic cancellation of the meeting.

No refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled appointments due to lateness or non-attendance.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 30 minutes before the meeting time.
Any request submitted after this window will not be honored, and the client must submit a new payment to book another session. -
