Mr. Documents LLC is a professional document preparation and educational consulting service. We are not attorneys, a law firm, or a credit repair organization.

  • No Attorney-Client Relationship: The information provided on this Website, during strategy sessions, or within drafted documents is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using our Website or purchasing our services.

  • Consult Counsel: If you require legal advice or legal representation in a court of law, you must consult with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

  • No Credit Repair Services: We do not offer traditional credit repair services, nor do we promise or guarantee a specific credit score increase or outcome.

2. Services Provided

We offer educational consultations (e.g., FDCPA Debt Defense Strategy, FCRA Credit Rights Audit) and custom consumer rights document preparation.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information, accounts, and dates you provide to us for document preparation. Mr. Documents LLC is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

  • Filing and Mailing: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, the client is solely responsible for printing, signing, and mailing all prepared documents to the appropriate third parties (credit bureaus, debt collectors, etc.) via their chosen method.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Fees: Prices for our services are specified on our Website and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made in full prior to scheduling a consultation or initiating document preparation.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Consultations must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Refunds: Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of document preparation and consulting services, all sales are final once work has commenced or a consultation has been completed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Mr. Documents LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any materials provided to you during your services for commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr. Documents LLC, its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Website, your self-advocacy efforts, or the outcome of any disputes you submit to debt collectors or credit bureaus. We do not guarantee that third parties will comply with your demands or requests.

9. Appointment & Meeting Policy

For all scheduled consultations, meetings, or sessions conducted by Mr. Documents LLC, the following policies apply:

 

  • Clients must join their scheduled Zoom, phone, or virtual meeting on time.

  • A no-show exceeding 10 minutes after the scheduled start time will result in automatic cancellation of the meeting.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled appointments due to lateness or non-attendance.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 30 minutes before the meeting time.
    Any request submitted after this window will not be honored, and the client must submit a new payment to book another session.

  • By scheduling a meeting, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
