Refund Policy

At Mr. Documents LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality document preparation and educational consultation services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves personalized and time-sensitive services, we have established the following refund policy:

 

 

1. 

No Refunds on Completed Services

 

 

All sales are final once a document has been prepared or a consultation has been delivered. We do not offer refunds on completed services, including but not limited to customized documents, templates, or scheduled consultations.

 

 

2. 

Cancellations

 

 

If you need to cancel a consultation appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule at no cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

 

 

3. 

Duplicate Charges or Errors

 

 

If you believe you were charged in error or have experienced a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately at info@documentsbymr.com. We will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

 

 

4. 

Client Satisfaction

 

 

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to reach out to us by email. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we are committed to addressing your concerns and will work with you to find a resolution.
